You may find several homes on our website that are favorable. To find the home best suited to your needs, drive by each location perhaps at different times of day to assess the property and area.

Search for a home that will best suit your needs for the duration of the lease. When discussing your choices with one of our agents, make sure the agent is aware of pertinent issues such as pets.

These forms are found on this webpage. Failure to submit a completed application may result in a substantial delay in processing. In other words, you could miss the opportunity to rent the ‘perfect home’ because you failed to accurately complete the form. We perform an extensive credit, criminal, employment, mortgage and/or rental history check. The one question we hear most often is “What if my credit history is not all that great”. Our property owners are encouraged to review the overall information. This allows those with not so perfect credit or credit flaws to be treated the same as those with above average credit scores. Most applicants find this to be a great relief.

Forward the completed application along with the application fee ($50 per individual applicant or $60 per couple) to Wilson West Agency.
You may mail or personally deliver your application. There is a drop box located outside of our office on Paverstone Dr. for 24 hour convenience. The application fee should be provided in certified funds. Examples of certified funds are cash, money order or certified check.

Provide a check in the amount of the first months rent.
This check should be made payable to Wilson West Agency. It will not be deposited until the terms of the lease are agreed upon and signatures have been obtained.

Await the owner’s decision as to whether or not your application has been accepted. Wilson West Agency will present all completed rental offers to the property owner for final decision. You will be notified as soon as possible of acceptance or denial. The typical turn around time from owner’s acceptance to signing a lease is within 48 business hours.
